Our Children's Education
To Whom It May Concern:
As a member of the PTA, we are asking for your support to fund projects and programs at East Antioch Elementary in the Shawnee Mission School District
Our PTA has been challenged to raise funds for curriculum related field trips, classroom supplies, enrichment programs such as Art and Music, literacy programs and events designed to engage families in school activities.
We host a family fun night with games, activities, door prizes and refreshments; as well as, open gym night with refreshments to promote healthy family activities. We also have a school carnival in the fall and a fun run in the spring, both of which would greatly benefit by having corporate sponsors.
When you work with our PTA, your company demonstrates its commitment to improving the life and education of every child. As a Proud Sponsor of PTA, your company aligns itself with a trusted organization with more than 100 years of proven advocacy and action on behalf of all children.
Sponsors can make a donation and/or sponsor an event. We will include a variety of recognition opportunities including listing in local PTA newsletters, advertising on our PTA website, and throughout the school year on PTA parent communications. Sponsors of events will benefit from additional advertising at the event they sponsor or co-sponsor. We would appreciate any assistance that is offered. All donations are tax deductible.

The East Antioch Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a 501 (c)(3), nonprofit organization, serving all the children at our school. Our goal is to be an advocate for every child by promoting academic excellence through family and community involvement.

Bronze--$50.00 Silver--$100.00 Gold--$250.00 Platinum--$500.00 and over.
Privacy
Regardless of the level of sponsorship or membership, the East Antioch Elementary PTA must protect our general membership information. Under no circumstances will East Antioch Elementary PTA provide direct access to our members or the schools in which they are members.
